    Description

    Job Description :

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a specialization in the nCino Banking System to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development and design, coupled with extensive hands-on experience implementing nCino's managed package in financial institutions.

    This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership, and strategic thinking to support our mission of delivering superior banking solutions.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Lead the design and implementation of nCino solutions, ensuring they meet our business requirements and are delivered on time.

    Develop high-quality Salesforce Apex code, Lightning components, and implement advanced automation using Process Builder, Flow, and other Salesforce tools.

    Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into effective, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

    Provide expertise in nCino's Commercial Banking managed package, including modules such as Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity Management, Credit Memo, Covenant, and Collateral.

    Ensure best practices are followed in data integrity, testing, and deployment methods within Salesforce and nCino environments.

    Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to elevate the team's overall expertise.

    Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce and nCino features, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence within the organization.

    Qualifications :

    7-12 years of experience in Salesforce development, including deep expertise in Apex, Lightning, SOQL, and Salesforce automation tools.

    Extensive hands-on experience with the nCino Banking System, particularly in implementing its Commercial Banking managed package.

    Strong understanding of financial services workflows and regulatory requirements as they relate to CRM and loan origination systems.

    Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.

    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    Salesforce and nCino certifications are highly desirable.
