Description

Generating and developing leads through various Direct Marketing Activities, Marketing Promotional Activities, Individual Fundraising, Acquisition of HNI's, Open Market Sales, Tele calling, and Cold calling through the database.

Maintaining relationships with donors for continued donations.

  • Raising donations through Direct marketing.
  • Corporate Funding: Donations from Medium & Small industries (MSEM).
  • Corporate activities: Donation through Corporate activities like Payroll giving activities.
  • Segmented Donation: Profession segmentation, Like Doctors, Lawyers, Automobiles, etc.
  • Community building activities: Like Residential communities, Common Professional Communities, etc.
  • Initial scanning of potential open calls through various platforms.
  • Responsible for field sales sourcing business from existing customer base as well as fresh business.
  • Involve in daily sales activities along with customer service and relationship building.
  • Achieve individual productivity and given targets month on month ensuring business & company hygiene
  • Stay in line with direct marketing initiatives and drive aggressively.
  • Collect Funds through Individual Donors.
  • Work with colleagues, as and when required, to convert a relationship into proposal submission and funding MoUs.
  • Take the lead in developing initial pitching documents to the identified donors, including grant proposals and concept notes.
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned by the management as required from time to time.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Direct sales: 1 year (required)
  • Marketing: 1 year (required)
