We're in search of an AI Scientist who is passionate about leveraging AI to revolutionize advertising technologies. Dive into the development of cutting-edge technologies like Text-to-Image, Image-to-Image, and Text Generation to bring innovation to advertising.

    You Will:

    • Spearhead the development of AI/ML algorithms for AdTech, creating personalized and dynamic advertising solutions.
    • Lead in Generative AI for creative ad generation, improving engagement through state-of-the-art technologies.
    • Conduct impactful AI research focused on fine-tuning LLMs or Diffusion Models to enhance ad targeting precision.
    • Work closely with teams to embed AI insights and automation within our advertising platforms, focusing on scalability and groundbreaking achievements.
    • Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and adopting emerging AI technologies that can push the boundaries of AdTech.

    What Makes You Ideal:

    • You have a solid foundation with 5 - 8 years of experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning, specializing in cutting-edge AI technologies.
    • Proficient in advanced AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, with significant experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) or Diffusion Models for various applications.
    • Demonstrated excellence in leading AI research, with a strong inclination towards innovation in Generative AI technologies including Text-to-Image, Image-to-Image, and Text Generation.
    • Equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex projects to drive forward technological advancements.
    • An effective team player and communicator, adept at working collaboratively across functions to integrate AI technologies into scalable solutions.
