Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Receive, process, and manage customer orders from initial request to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate to ensure a seamless sales process.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability for orders.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer profiles, and order histories of the company
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to arrange timely deliveries and track shipments.
Reporting:
Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and other relevant data to support decision-making by the sales team and management
Administrative Tasks:
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing sales-related documentation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software. Customer-focused attitude and ability to build positive relationships.
Residence :
<20 Kms Radius of Chhatarpur.
Must have own vehicle.
Joining Time : 15 days Experience in Building Materials Industry. Familiarity with sales and inventory management software.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.

₹22, ₹28,000.00 per month
