The Principal / Vice Chancellor

will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the college's operations, including academic programs, faculty management, student affairs, and administrative functions.

The Principal will collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure the delivery of quality education, maintain high academic standards, and foster a positive learning environment.

The Principal / Vice Chancellor

will also work closely with the college management and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.

Qualifications

B.Tech ,

M.Tech , Ph.d in CSE/ECE from reputed universities/NITs/IITsSignificant experience in an academic leadership roleStrong knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and accreditation standards (AICTE/UGC/NBA/NAAC/AUTONOMOUS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environmentEffective problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesProven track record of successfully managing and leading teamsCommitment to continuous improvement and professional development
