This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal / Vice Chancellor at Narasaraopet Engineering College located in Narasaraopeta.

The Principal / Vice Chancellor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the college's operations, including academic programs, faculty management, student affairs, and administrative functions. The Principal will collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure the delivery of quality education, maintain high academic standards, and foster a positive learning environment.

The Principal / Vice Chancellor will also work closely with the college management and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.

Qualifications

B.Tech, M.Tech, Ph.d in CSE/ECE from reputed universities/NITs/IITs

Significant experience in an academic leadership role

Strong knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and accreditation standards (AICTE/UGC/NBA/NAAC/AUTONOMOUS)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment

Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams
