Role Profile

812 years of Domain Knowledge (Finance and Accounting domain and Employee Reimbursements)
Should be open and flexible to working in any shift timings
Good knowledge in ERP and workflows. JDE knowledge preferable. Should have worked with Accounts Payable workflows
Should have worked in a PMO environment managing transitions and transformation initiatives
Identifying improvement needs by assessing current Finance domain processes
Lead efforts around process improvement and global process standardizations
Strong transition, program/Project management skills and Lean expertise
Develop methodologies for process management in line with best practice in the industry
Training experience preferable
Excellent Communication and Client Handling skills
