Creating RFP summary to capture the key components of the RFP like Scope, Evaluation criteria, Timeline, T&C, RFP deliverables etc.

• Writing the first draft of the Executive Summary and other areas based on inputs provided by technical teams and other stakeholders as per agreed deadline.
• Writing Federal Proposals, responding to RFPs, RFIs and Sources Sought of Federal Government
• Preparing the Gap analysis and identifying Bid/ No Bid Decision and making decision for Workable Request for Proposal and passing it further to the other team member to process on.
• Populating Boilerplate content and the Functional requirements in the Proposal.
• Have experience to develop proposals for IT staffing services and IT projects.
• Have experience to work with presales and extensive experience in understanding of RFP documents.
• Experience creating and producing all forms of enduser, technical, and training documentation.
• Preparing, compiling, formatting and submitting proposal documentation as per the format & other requirements of the client departments
• Managing, distributing & reviewing RFP/RFQ/RFI response documents of RFP team members
• Collate details of the key personal e.g Resume, Roles and responsibilities for the proposal.
• Working with IT managers and technical staff to prepare Proposal for Federal and U.S government states.
