Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at Croma, located in Kottayam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying their needs, providing expert advice on electronic and consumer durable products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key responsibilities include addressing customer queries, cross-selling and upselling products, managing in-store displays, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. The role also involves coordinating with the internal team for smooth operations and staying updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Customer engagement and relationship-building skills to deliver exceptional service and retain customers.
- Sales expertise, including target achievement, cross-selling, upselling, and solid negotiation skills.
- Product knowledge and market awareness of consumer durables and electronic goods.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to dynamic work demands.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
