Job Overview:
As a Tax Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's tax compliance and planning activities. You will ensure that the company adheres to tax laws and regulations while also identifying opportunities for tax optimization. You also have to work in field like Statutory audit, Tax Audit, Maharera, Secretarial compliances, etc.


Key Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all applicable tax laws and regulations, GST, PT, PF & ESIC, Maharera, Income Tax return etc

Tax Planning: Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the organization's tax liabilities while aligning with business objectives.

Tax Research: Stay current on tax laws and regulations, conducting research as necessary to identify potential changes and opportunities.

Finalisation of books of accounts Manage finalization of books of accounts of Individuals, Firms, Companies, LLP etc

Audit Manage Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST audit, RERA audit etc

MahaRERA compliances Manage Maharerea builder and Agent Registrations and their regular compliances as per the law.

Advisory: Advise management on the tax implications of business transactions

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve tax processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance Monitoring: Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • BCOM, CA-Inter, CA Finalist, MBA Finance
  • 24 experience in tax planning, compliance, and reporting, preferably within a Chartered Accountant and Tax consultant Firm.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax, PF & ESIC, Maharera etc
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience with Tally ERP 9, Winman, Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc
