- Professionally handle customer inquiries via telephone communication.
- Cultivate profitable customer relationships through consistent followup calls.
- Provide detailed property information to clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Coordinate client property visits based on sales leads and individual preferences.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among team members.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- This role is officebased.
