Dream Nxt Homes is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales executive to join our team.

This job provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry, develop valuable sales skills, and contribute to the success of our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in lead generation through market research and outreach initiatives.

Shadow experienced sales professionals during client meetings and site visits.

Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials.

Learn to navigate and update the CRM system to maintain accurate client records.

Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and property showcases.

Shadow negotiations and deal closures to understand the sales process.

Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute ideas for effective campaigns.

Qualifications:

Graduated in a B.TECH,BE,BBA,MBA,BSC,B.BOM.BCA,PGDM.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.

Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is advantageous.
