We have an experience of more than 65 years and are market leaders for most of the products that we market.

The company was established in 1956 and has an experienced and motivated team of 100 people. We have multiple warehouses and offices in India.


Summary:
We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders and modifications.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside outside so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Skills Required:


  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Proficient with using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Should be Proficient with Advance excel.

Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
