    Description

    Job description:
    Ensuring all activities remain within mandated exposure and risk limits.
    Perform risk and P&L analysis on a daily/BAU basis.
    Ensuring all exposures are properly recorded using established fair value methodologies.
    Ensuring insightful commentaries are produced analyzing daily/monthly P&L performance
    Develop and improve Deal rationale processes.
    Improve and construct in-depth market commentary explaining the nuances of the previous day's activities.
    Awareness of external regulation, compliance and risk management best practice.
    Identify and deliver risk management advice and services as the business changes.
    Exploring opportunities to continuously improve tools and process.
    Identifying and developing staff in what is a challenging technical area with strong competition for resources.
    Take ownership of tasks and handle their completion
    Frequent interaction with Front Office and Back office as well as other teams internally.

    Produce and improve upon existing cluster deliverables (risk/p&l summaries and explanations, business specific reports/MIS) in terms of efficiency by automations and better quality risk summaries and analytics.

    Leading and representing risk on various stakeholder meetings
    Executing and driving ad-hoc projects and analysis for senior management
    Preparation and submission of various regulatory reports.
