TENDER EXECUTIVE/BID EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Registrations on various types of government eprocurement portal.
Check various tender search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes
Study tender documents & prepare technical commercial documents
Understanding of prequalification requirements
Online tender submission & Offline Tender drafting and Submission.
Coordinate with various departments like finance, logistics for completion of quality tender.
Collecting the prices, compiling it and submitting to management to get the final pricing to upload and regarding clarification of tenders.
Final compilation of tender document & then submitting on time.
Continuously updating tender MIS & Tender status.
Follow up for EMD refund.
Keeping record of documents, maintaining files and necessary documents
Reply Technical/Commercial Queries (TQ/CQ)
Maintaining soft copies of quotation and related documents with various revisions in orderly style.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Basic understanding of Network, Communication, IT and Surveillance Products & Services.
Willing to learn and understanding the process
Fluent on preparation of Technical & Non-Technical documentation.
Fluency in typing, documentation, word, excel, ppt.
English and Regional languages.

Graduates who worked on any companies as BID Co-ordinator in Network/IT/Video Surveillance Field with minimum 2 years proven track record only considered for evaluation.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
