About The Role

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the complete RMG needs and fulfillment for the account.
Work with other functions such as L&D to identify training needs for bench associates based on demand trend.
Ensure fulfillment for Accounts by working on options within the available pool, roll offs, training, etc.
Keep a close tab on assignments and releases to understand the deployable bench.
Work closely with the recruitment team and enable them to create a resource pipeline for any adhoc or planned additions.
Support the RMG head in dashboards, management reporting, and resource deployment.
Generate MIS reports related to resource deployment and bench management.
Manage stakeholder expectations related to bench management and resource deployment.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 23 years of experience in resource management.
Strong resource management skills with experience in bench management and resource deployment.
Knowledge of talent acquisition processes.
Strong MIS skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills with experience in generating MIS reports.
