High-performing Sales Personnel with a good track record positioned as Sales executive to meet our customer acquisition in HORECA & setting up Distribution Network for the Retail so as to ensure acheiving Sales & Revenue targets.

Responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the Top management.
Developing & Implementing Sales Process
Planning daily indent for the Region basis orders forecasting
Planning & forecasting Sales for the region for HORECA & Retail Market
Expanding Customer base of the company by opening New avenues of opportunities that can give incremental sales
Coordination with Processing plant to ensure seamless operations for delivery of Orders to customers
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Executives

Qualifications
minimum Experience in Meat Industry
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving Targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Market connect & knowledge of Meat Market (HORECA & Retail)of Bangalore & other towns in Karnataka


Salary:
₹50, ₹400,000.00 per year
