    About the Role

    We are looking for a Business Advisor to join our Sales Organization.

    Clarion Technologies can assist with digital transformation initiatives within the customer organization.

    Our Sales team is responsible for engaging with new customers in an impactful two-way communication & consultative conversations and uncovering these opportunities.

    If you have the experience and skills to independently research on the web using various tools such as LinkedIn and Google Search to identify prospective CIOs/CTOs & talk to them to secure appointments and make sales presentations, then we have a role for you.

    What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Responsibilities)

    • Generate minimum 10 qualified leads in a month by following the BANT checklist
    • Ensure 4 sales presentations to these prospects per month
    • Increase the qualification lead generated ratio by 10% QoQ
    • Sign-up with at least 1 customer per month
    • Ensure 100% CRM and Timesheet adherence and updation
    • 90% accuracy of all intelligence and information on the prospect to be put in the CRM for increasing the chances of sales win
    • Produce minimum 2 per month customer personas based on a particular Geo/area which will directly help in changing the tone and script based on Geography and interactions.

    What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements)

    • 3 to 6 years of experience in the Inside Sales / B2B Industry
    • Ability to independently create a database of contacts
    • Ability to have conversations with CIOs/ CTOs to understand if they have a requirements, qualify the leads and secure appointments for detailed sales presentations
    • Exposure to B2B Sales Process
    • You should have good communication skills (i.e. Clear Articulation & Good Listening Skills)
    • You should be able to produce results without being supervised
