Demand Generation Executive

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Fresher's with excellent communication skills will also do.
- Strong phone, verbal communication skills and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with basic knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Client focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-tasking, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Min. qualification 12th / 10th + 3years (Diploma).
- Willing to work in rotational shifts mostly into night shifts.
