Directing all operational aspects in accordance with the company's objectives

  • Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel
  • Setting and achieving the branch's business goals
  • Ensuring the branch runs smoothly and adheres to organization's policies
  • Preparing and managing the branch's budget
  • Nurturing relationships with customers, vendors and the community

Responsibilities

  • Direct all operational aspects
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective service opportunities
  • Meet goals and metrics
  • Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

Requirements and skills

  • Proven home appliance service experience
  • Sufficient knowledge of excel & system
  • Ability to meet targets and goals
  • Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Led tv service experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹25,000.00 per month
