1. Greetand assist customers in selecting premium fabrics that meet theirpreferences and needs.
2. Provide expert advice onfabric characteristics colors andpatterns.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of theproduct range to effectively communicate features andbenefits.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets througheffective customer engagement and relationshipbuilding.
5. Process transactions accurately andefficiently using the POS system.
6. Keep theshowroom wellorganized and visuallyappealing.
7. Stay updated on industry trends andcompetitors to enhance productknowledge.

1. Provenexperience as a Sales Consultant in a retail environment preferablyin textiles or premium fabrics.
2. Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
3. Customerfocused with a positive andfriendly attitude.
4. Knowledge of different typesof fabrics their uses and careinstructions.
5. Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment and handle multiple taskssimultaneously.
6. Basic computer skills andfamiliarity with Point of Sale (POS)systems.
7. Goaloriented and able to meet andexceed salestargets.

• Minimumof 13 years of experience in inhouse sales preferably in a premiumfabric or textile setting.
• High school diploma;additional education in sales or marketing is aplus.
