Description

• Collaborate with senior designer to conceptualize and develop seasonal collections for men's wear.
• Assist in researching emerging trends, fabrics, and techniques to inspire and inform design concepts.
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas.
• Participate in fittings and garment evaluations to ensure proper fit, function, and quality.
• Support the design team in sourcing materials, trims, and embellishments for prototypes and production.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, and other internal departments to facilitate the design process.
• Contribute to the development of presentation materials, including mood boards, color palettes, and trend forecasts.
• Assist in maintaining design archives, sample libraries, and other organizational tasks as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Previous experience in a design assistant role within the fashion industry, preferably in menswear.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software.
• Strong sketching and technical drawing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent understanding of garment construction, fit, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
• Passion for menswear fashion, with a solid grasp of current trends and market dynamics.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
