Caterspoint is a food delivery service located in New Delhi, offering hand-crafted comfort food made from innovative and guilt-free products, all delivered straight to our customers' doors.

We are looking for a professional who can join our team as a customer support executive and provide assistance with product and service inquiries, handle complaints and resolve conflicts professionally.

Client Servicing Executives must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to multitask and remain courteous in difficult situations.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming customer calls relating to order details, answer inquiries and questions,
handle complaints, and provide relevant information to the customer.

  • Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easytofollow solution.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the company's
services need improvements

  • Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments.
  • Document all call information.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in Frontline customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer serviceoriented, proactive and resourceful
  • Preferably from the food service industry.
  • Good verbal, and written communication skills and active listening skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
