Booking and Scheduling:
Schedule transportation services based on client requests and requirements, optimizing routes and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Communication:
Act as the point of contact between clients, carriers, and other team members to provide updates and address any issues or changes in logistics.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, invoices, and delivery confirmation.

Problem Solving:
Resolve logistics-related issues and discrepancies promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Cost Efficiency:
Monitor and analyze transportation costs to identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.

Compliance:
Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in using logistics software and tools.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
