    About the internship:

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, including procurement agreements, vendor contracts, confidentiality agreements, licensing agreements, manufacturing agreements, product purchase/supply agreements, purchase orders, etc.

    2. Demonstrating the ability to think and think and decide quickly, and to communicate legal issues and solutions clearly and concisely.

    Requirements:

    1. Good at research.

    2. Legal due diligence.
