    Description
    JobPurpose

    Responsible fordevelopment support and administration of application layer ofcloud
    services. Will work withCloud Manager to monitor and control application layer andperform
    required activities as persupport call or project activities. Cloud services include supportfor
    Zoho Shopify Wix services andintegration platforms like Zappier andSkyvia.
    Candidate will play therole of coordinating with business and partners to achieve theset
    objectives. A goodunderstanding of ecommerce cloud functions and working knowledgeof
    cloud technology isrequired.

    This position will be on Support and Project work. Business supportis an ongoing
    objective. Projectsare taken up as per Technology and Business needs and you willbe
    involved for work in yourstream.
    Work with cloud partnersto keep the services at optimallevels.
    Interact with businessdepartments to gather user requirements and understandbusiness
    processesinvolved.
    Review website relatedchanges requested by business marketing and ecommerceteam
    and analyze the impact. Workwith partners to implement the changes withfallback
    plan.
    Review/Analyze requirements documentation with Team Lead/FunctionalConsultants to
    finalizerequirements determine business case and finalize scope ofwork.
    Perform indepth analysis todetermine the impact on existing business processesand
    softwareapplications.
    Work with partnersto design & develop custom modules to meet thebusiness
    requirementsspecifications.
    Attend tobusiness queries for cloud services and provide requireddata/reports.
    Design and developcustom workflow and forms on SaaS and PaaS clouds in use asper
    the program specifications andensure compliance with organization s policies &standard
    practices.
    Manageaccess and control of users to address the issues then &there and updatethe
    changes.
    Work on integration FTP and remote systems and services and ensuretimely
    deliverables.
    Work on data synchronization activities between heterogenoussetups.
    Perform Unit/Integratedtesting to ensure that software programs/modules meetthe
    desired objectives andquality. Test the changes done by partner forconfirming
    productionpromotes.
    Prepare detaileddocumentation as per set development and implementationstandards
    of the company. Createand maintain SOP for business functional call centersupport
    team and relatedadministrators.
    Developappropriate training programs and user guides to assist businessdepartments in
    adopting new orenhanced softwareprograms/modules.
    Maintain/updateProject management plans for regular progress reviews with teamlead
    and applicationmanager.
    Ensure service requestsare resolved on time and users are appropriately keptinformed
    about theprogress.
    Ensure skill sets areupdated based on technologicaldemands.
    Resolve cloud relatedsupport calls.
    Troubleshootissues and bugs arising in cloud integration and synced internalERP
    services and apply needfulfix.
    Work on enhancement requestsas directed by cloud manager.
    Perform indepth analysis to determine the impact of changes toexisting functions and
    configurenew functions.
    Implement UI andUX features as per industry standards and businessneeds.
    Provide support for SKUupdates and catalog maintenance.
    Administer CRM service and backup dataperiodically.
    Work with systemand database administrators to ensure compliance withinternal
    standards for securityprivacy and access controls.
    Administer Shopify ecommerce portals and proactively resolveissues.
    Ready to learn and pickupnew cloud technology that is identified and deployedfor
    business.

    Requirements

    Bachelor s or higher degree in any stream. Preference given toTechnologyrelated
    stream.
    Minimum 3 years of experience in PaaS/Lowcode development cloudmanaging IT
    applications cloudservices and development lifecycles.
    Proficiency in Shopifycloud.
    Proficiency in Wixcloud.
    Proficiency Zoho cloudspecifically CRM Invoicing and Zohodeskservices.
    Proficiency in Webtechnologies HTML5 Stylesheets JavaScriptPython
    Good knowledge of Webtechnologies UI and UX.
    Workingknowledge of cloud integration engines (ZappierSkyvia).
    Knowledge of Mobiledevelopment and related library supportpreferred.
    Experience indeveloping custom solutions & interfaces to otherconnectingservices
    preferred.
    Good Analytical & Problemsolvingskills.
    Good team player& Ability to work independently to meet projecttimelines.
    IT IndustryCertification preferred.
    Performany other related administrative duties as assigned by themanagement from
    time totime.
    Analytical mind tounderstand the trends and improvise onsituation.
    Should be extremelyorganized and structured in officework.
    Excellent communicationskills. English is the officiallanguage.
    Candidate must havework experience in Office 365 collaboration andcommunication
    cloud.
