Vistas Learning, a reputable education institution, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kannada Tutor to join our team for offline classes.

As a Kannada Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to students in a supportive and engaging environment.

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule of one hour per day in the evenings.

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one or small group Kannada language classes for students.

Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials based on the curriculum provided.

Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to promote student participation and language development.

Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills.

Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students' confidence and cultural appreciation.

Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and progress.

Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to enhance the overall learning experience.

Requirements:

Proficiency in the Kannada language, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Previous experience in teaching Kannada as a second language is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience and the ability to work effectively with students of different ages and backgrounds.

Passion for teaching and a commitment to promoting language learning.

Reliable and punctual, with excellent time management skills.

A bachelor's degree in Kannada or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
