    Role: Sales Hunter - (BFSI) Who are we looking for?

    We are looking for a Sales leader to join our team with a primary focus on acquiring new logos. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional with a proven track record in B2B sales. This role is focused on acquiring new clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • A leader who is skilled in a hunting role, can bring new logos and scaling the India sales. This will be an IC role where the person should be managing from demand gen to closure, selling predominantly to the BFSI customers.
    • Identify and target potential clients, leveraging industry networks, conferences, and market intelligence for lead generation.
    • Execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new logos and contribute to the growth of the client base in the BFSI space.
    • Form relationships at the CXO level and navigate through the client hierarchy to bring together the right audience and decision-makers.
    • Customize messaging to align with client needs and effectively present solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to facilitate successful sales.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's positioning in the market. Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.

    Candidate profile:

    • 15+ years of IT Services sales experience
    • Domain: acquiring new clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector and opportunistically logistics, airlines, travel
    • Proactively identify the size and prioritize all significant opportunities in the territory by assessing customer requirements, consulting with them on company offerings, and managing their needs and expectations
    • Effectively close sales with a widely diverse set of prospects, each with unique needs ranging from corporate to government
    • Possess a sound understanding of emerging technologies in the software development field and offshore-onsite model of working
    • Should be independent and able to function in a single-person (limited ) team environment · The ideal candidate would possess both a technical background that enables them to easily interact with customers, software developers, and business development managers and a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges · Understanding of solutions with an ability to close alone
