Experience & Skills Required:

With Exp. 6 Months & Above in sales & Marketing / Fresher, With Good knowledge of financial domain(Broking, Equity, Mutual Fund, Insurance)


Academic background:
Graduation and Above

  • Acquisition of potential new Business Partner / Direct clients for Broking / Distribution as per Industry norms
  • Ensure 90%of new Business Partner / Direct clients are Active every month
  • Work on Inactive new Business Partner / Direct clients to make them Active
  • Responsible for delivering Mutual Fund, Broking Services, and other products targets
  • Conduct BA engagement programs every month
  • Manage 90% of SIP Registered to Triggered ratio
  • Revenue Generation through Business Partners/ Direct Clients as per Industry norms

  • Should have good communication and convincing skills
  • Should be open to work in targetoriented environment.
  • Outgoing personality, you are confident when interacting with people of higher seniority.
  • Willing to take initiative and ability to think outside the box.
