Description
Min 3 years of experience in the Continental Cuisine- Solid foundation in Continental cuisine with experience in a professional kitchen setting. Knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor combinations, and presentation styles specific to Continental cuisine
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental dishes, following standardized recipes and ensuring the highest level of taste, quality, and presentation. Execute tasks efficiently to meet service requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Work closely with the kitchen team, including chefs and fellow commis, to ensure smooth operations and timely preparation of dishes. Follow instructions and guidance from senior chefs to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
