E-commerce Intern
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our e-commerce team as an intern. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of online retail.

As an e-commerce intern, you will work closely with our team to support various aspects of our online store operations and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing product listings, including uploading product images, writing compelling product descriptions, and optimizing product pages for SEO.
• Help with order processing, fulfillment, and shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing the user experience and driving sales on our ecommerce platform.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• A proactive and selfmotivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Additional Information:

• This is a fulltime internship position with a sixday workweek (Monday to Saturday).
• The internship offers a stipend ranging from 5000 to 7000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
• Upon successful completion of the internship, a certificate of participation and a letter of recommendation will be provided to the intern.
