Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive in the Voice Process team, based in Ahmedabad.
As a Junior Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, resolving client and patient concerns, and managing data entry tasks accurately.
You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent customer service while adhering to organizational standards and compliance policies.
QualificationsStrong communication skills, including proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently and handle client inquiries professionally.
Proficiency in using basic computer tools, data entry skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to resolve inquiries effectively.
Prior experience in a voice process role or customer service is preferred.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to performance standards and guidelines.
