We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our creative team.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products and ensuring a seamless user experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality designs that meet both user needs and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


User Research:

  • Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and preferences.
  • Analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and test design concepts.
  • Iterate and refine designs based on feedback and user testing.

UI Design:

  • Develop visually appealing user interfaces that align with the brand's identity and guidelines.
  • Create highfidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency in implementation.

User Testing:

  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Incorporate user feedback into design iterations.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate and present design ideas and solutions effectively.

Design Guidelines:

  • Maintain and evolve design guidelines and style libraries to ensure consistency across products.

Stay Updated:

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, agile development environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of frontend development is a plus.
  • Experience with user research techniques and usability testing is preferred.

Experience required:

6 months - 1 year


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus
