Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Effective Planning, strategizing and execution of joint participation of marketing dept with other verticals in AFS/ Other sectors in M and M at various Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, Kisan Melas and arranging for special displays/brand ing at other Events, Conferences, Launches, Inhouse displays. Preparing an yearly timetable of participation by selecting the key/popular exhibitions with high customer footfall, coordinating with PMMS, other verticals within FES/ M and M and arranging for joint participation. Stalls designing by expert stall designers/architects, choosing a key stall location with high visibility at the exhibition, designing and conceptualizing the display panels through agency/artist, supervising the actual fabrication/erection of stalls. Coordinating with local AO/Dealer for products to be displayed. Planning the merchand ise and gift items, stall management Managing the local PR with Press/ organizing Press Conference [if scheduled] or OneonOne interviews. Pre and Post exhibition cost debiting to respective verticals. Events/Conferences/LaunchesPlanning and execution of displays for events [Annual/ Dealers/AppliTrac/Samrddhi etc. Printing and Production of Sales Promotional Materialfor PMMS Dept [HO] and continuous PoP support to Area Offices throughout the year and Other verticals. Coordinating with the brand team of PMMS, advertising agencies, designing artists, external vendors and couriers for printing, production and dispatch of various merchand ising material. A andSP Bills Passing and Booking in WBS Element SAP System, Arranging for Payments of Vendors/Agencies with the help of contractual assistants. Budget Monitoring
  • Maintaining A and SP budget Vs Actual statements brand wise, model wise and activity wise and also giving monthly provisions to accounts dept for A and SP expense Also keeping track of budget vs actual utilization statements for HO/ AO and update the seniors from PMMS dept regarding the budget Vs actual positions on monthly basis. A andSP Bills Passingand Booking in WBS Element SAP System, Arranging for Payments of vendors/agencies
