Description

1. Business Generation from new customers pertaining to Cold Chain

Business Generation from Existing customers

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters:

Timely addressing of customer queries / updates required
Timely submission of custom reports (RFID Data, Aging reports etc)
Initial negotiation / renewals of contracts
Co-ordination with internal functional teams to ensure the timely and successful deliveries as per the agreement
Provide monthly update reports to management (Sales Tracker Sheet) with Reporting Manager & MD every month.

Existing Account Billing ( Cold-chain, Pharma)

Ensure invoices are complete (in all aspects to the services provided) and error free

Ensure to provide complete details prior to raising the invoice:1. any revision in rates

2. confirmation on movements in the month, warehousing space utlized (if applicable)

3. out of contract services provided

4. approvals from client for special services
