Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists.
• Introduce our products/services to prospects and provide information about their benefits and features.
• Engage with customers courteously and professionally to build rapport and generate interest in our offerings.
• Identify and qualify sales leads by gathering relevant information from the prospects.
• Set up appointments or schedule followup calls for the sales team with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of calls made and outcomes in the CRM system or call log.
• Handle customer objections and address their concerns effectively, aiming to convert prospects into qualified leads.
• Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and call quality.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and share valuable customer insights.
• Stay informed about our products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
• Continuously improve personal knowledge and skills through training, workshops, or selflearning.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Telecalling field, preferably in a sales or lead generation role.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and generating leads.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Pleasant and persuasive telephone etiquette with the ability to engage customers in conversations.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
• Ability to handle objections and professionally resolve customer concerns.
• The resultsoriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or call center software is a plus.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
