Vacancy open in one of our leading client (Sales and Marketing only printing and packaging Industry Mono Carton) QueryEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
- Develop and manages sales operating budgets.
- Achieves targeted margin client wise and product wise while ensuring client market share
- Ensures effective control of sales results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of sales objectives falling within the designated budgets.
- Closely monitor market sales and adjusts sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Monitors competitor products and sales activities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Preparation of sales activity reports and presents to executive management.
- Meeting regularly with clients for maintaining relationships, negotiating & closing deals and getting new business leads.
- Coordinates liaison between sales and manufacturing, supply chain with complete ownership of the client.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Experience in a Sales leadership role across industries including beauty, healthcare and consumer segments, ideally from the packaging or related industries as well as broad range of experience working with customers in a variety of B2B/B2C industries.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & time management skills
- Strong understanding and drive for KPI's, best practices and benchmarking systems
- Problem solver and have worked in cross cultural teams, proven track record in setting and maintaining process controls and compliances.
- Aggressive hunter, hungry for growth & challenges, Selfdirected and forward thinking with a strong work ethic
- Highlydeveloped social intelligence
- Ability to represent the organization in a professional, ethical and socially responsible manner
- Strong negotiation skills
Job Types:

Salary:
₹284, ₹1,300,000.00 per year
