    Description

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote brand visibility and increase engagement across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and Snapchat.
    • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) and ensure it aligns with brand identity and messaging.
    • Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our social media strategy.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns that support marketing objectives such as product launches, promotions, and events.
    • Analyze social media performance using various analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and optimization to maximize ROI.
    • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand reach and engagement.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of live events, social media contests, and other special projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
    • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations.
    • Experience managing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
