ROLE PURPOSE

  • The Social Media Executive is responsible for the daytoday operations of all the social media accounts of the clients of the agency.
  • As an operational member of the Digital Marketing Team, her/his role is to ensure that our client's brands are represented correctly on social and digital media channels.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting competitor analysis for key clients of the agency.
  • Preparation of monthly social media activity calendars in consultation with the creative teams.
  • Coordination with internal teams to ensure that effective social media creatives are prepared in time and on spec.
  • Quality control and monitoring of brand essentials and hygiene elements.
  • Timely posting of social media content on various platforms, as per the approved social media calendar.
  • Tracking client brand mentions on the web and social channels to monitor mentions and sentiment. Tracking and reporting the same on a regular basis.
  • Responding to queries in a prompt and correct manner, in line with defined and approved brand guidelines.
  • Preparing monthly social media analyses and reports.
  • Timely and consistent delivery of analyses and reports
