Responsibilities:


  • Coordination with Logistics Service Providers
  • Handling customer Service Escalation
  • Strategics Allocation of mode of transport and partners
  • Keeping track of quality, delivery time and efficiency
  • Maintain tracker of lost & damaged shipments
  • Handling Escalations External.
  • Keep track of quality, delivery times and efficiency.
  • Well versed with Non-Delivery of shipment process.(NDR)
  • Maintains proper KPI / Trackers.
  • Data Management & Reporting.
Skills & Qualification

  • Knowledge of logistics systems, Understanding of transportation limitations and regulations.
  • Excel knowledge mandatory.
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with teams, Organisation skills, Quality management skills.
  • Works well with SLA.
  • Ability to contribute individually to greater goal.
  • Understanding of transportation issues, Knowledge of logistics subset.
  • 23 years of Experience in B2C logistics
  • Attention to detail, strong management skill.
  • Communication, both verbal and written
  • Experience working under pressure in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
₹22, ₹24,000.00 per month
