MBMG Diamond Pvt Ltd is looking foir Vendor Realtion Executive.

Monitor all open cases to ensure timely delivery of reports to clients. Monitor vendor performance regarding time service, responsiveness, fees and quality. Evaluate vendor performance, replacing non-performing vendors.

  • Be responsible for the following areas of business management: promotions, instock management (in close relationship to the supply chain management team), product development and supplier relationship management. Performs vendor analysis and recommends vendor option selection to business management Uses analytical tools and methodologies to analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities related to vendor processes Develops process improvement solutions by weighing costs, benefits, and risks. Attend trade shows and vendor meetings as required. Drive current Embase business holistically to meet or exceed monthly goals, through effective daytoday operations. Develop internal monthly management reports.
Develop and build quarterly vendor scorecards to help inform vendor strategies.

Analyze the macroeconomic environment (commodities prices, global geo-political situation, trade agreements,) and make recommendations related to the global apparel supply chain.

Form strong relationships and communicate with US and international vendors. Partner with a variety of cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Operations and Merchandise Planning) to define relevant metrics for vendor performance. Prepare detailed analysis to support relationship and negotiation discussions with vendors. Develop and manage processes to efficiently collect and analyse vendor data on an ongoing basis. Identify opportunities and develop processes to automate the collection of vendor-related data. Continuously seek ways to improve your role and enhance the way Vendor Relations contributes to the overall success of the business
