Role Definition :
Taking Ownership of Achieving Assigned Objectives


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Effective Time Management Post Order Processing

Efficient handling of Customer Complaints / Feedback

Efficient Coordination with Service Team

High Level of Inter Departmental Coordination & Co-operation


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Order Process Management_

Offer Submission

  • Clarifying Order Terms
  • Finalizing Commercial offer with Principal/ Factory / Stores
  • Clarification on PO from Sales/ Customer
Dispatch Management

  • Payment Collection & Recovery
-
Responsible for Software data entry & MIS_

Responsible for keeping Data up-to-date on the system

Verification of data for correctness
-
Responsible for Coordination of Machine Installation_

  • Follow up for information of machine landing at port
  • Get clarification wherever necessary
  • Updates to all concerned people/ department
  • Custom clearance coordination

Responsible for Follow up for Readiness of site for Installation_

  • Follow schedule, process of installation
  • Follow up for readiness of site of installation of Machine
  • Coordinate with Service Engineer / manager for preparation of site.
  • Responsible for Coordination Deputation of engineer for installation

Responsible for Efficiently handling & handing over service / complaint details to Engineers_

  • Attend Service Calls from Customers with high proficiency
  • Provide telephonic support through Service Engineer
  • Co ordination of Engineers for AMC visits, breakdown visits
  • Coordination of Engineers for Travelling all over India as per requirement of service calls
  • Excellent Customer Interaction & Relation Building

Responsible for Coordinating for logistics of Spares_

  • Documentation of Logistics
  • Delivery Follow up of Spares
Payment follow up & Recovery
-
Generate Reports_

  • Service Call Report (with TAT for each call)
  • AMC / Warranty Service Calls status report
  • Commercial Sheet (spares & Service charges)
  • Daily visit reports of SE

Salary:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
