    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in handling incoming calls and phone attend
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in stressful situations
    • Flexible and adaptable team player

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    • Manage incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate person or department
    • Provide accurate and timely information to callers and visitors
    • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
    • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
    • Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings
    • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory
    • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
    • Ensure the security and confidentiality of all visitor and employee information
    • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
