Description
Either proper/ Educated/ Well versed with three main language - Gujarati/Hindi/English - presentable security Receptionist to handle desk. Or A proper front desk(Female)

To manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, call transfers, courteously and aptly to the right person and department.
To ensure proper documentation of company's telephone contacts and maintaining records of telephone and extension numbers. During office hours, being available at the front desk floor and to ensure not to miss any calls.


Being an Executive at Front Desk, it forms as the first impression for the company and hence basic corporate etiquettes need to be followed, to be always pleasing, smiling, courteous, greet people and presentable in a formal attire.

To facilitate in welcoming and extending courtesy to the visiting guests, clients and other visitors. To co-ordinate with the respective Departmental Head or their team members wrt the guest and client visits. To maintain record in the defined daily MIS of the visiting guests, clients and other visitors.


To manage the proper MIS and physical tracking of various internal documents, cheques, statutory and regulatory papers, posts and couriers being received and dispatched as well.

To co-ordinate and facilitate with the floor support staff for prompt distribution of the various documents to the respective Head or its department.


To facilitate and manage the administration of the floor in co-ordination with the Reporting Head and the floor support staff.

To co-ordinate with vendors for proper service of office equipment's / instruments and its maintenance time to time.

Co-ordination with Most seniors employees office and other Senior Management for specific tasks assigned, if any.

To manage all other floor administrative and support activities which may be required from time to time. Any other work as assigned by the reporting head or requirement as per the need of the department.

9 Stock Keeping for all the Material available.

10 Visitor and guest MIS to be maintained


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
