Office Operations Management and Maintenance:
Manage daily office operations, including facilities management, supplies inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to administrative personnel, ensuring a balanced workload and proper task delegation.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.
Maintenance of Electrical repair and sevice with third party
Payment of EB bills
Maintenance of Plumbing repair and service with third party
Maintenance of Generator AMC and periodical and Breakdown service
Maintenance of sufficient stock of disel
Maintenance of Security
Maintenance of House keeping
Maintenance of AC - AMC periodical service and breakdown service
Maintenance of Building
Courier service contract
Remittence of Telephone charges and its currespondence
Remittence of Mobile charges and its correspondence
Purchase of Stationery and computer stationery and distribution and Inventory maintenance
Deling with company's stationery printer
Mintenance of Furniture
Bulidng Maintainance,Maintaing RO,Genset, AC AMC's and Complete office Assests.
Records and Documentation:
Oversee the maintenance and organization of records, documents, and files, both physical and digital.
Implement data management and archiving processes to ensure data accuracy and security.
Financial Administration:
Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and monitoring spending trends.
Collaborate with finance department to process invoices, payments, and reimbursement requests.
Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for office supplies, services, and maintenance contracts.
Maintain vendor relationships and manage contracts to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Implement and oversee health and safety protocols in the office environment, including emergency procedures and disaster recovery plans.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Report Generation:
Prepare and present regular reports on administrative activities, highlighting key performance indicators and suggesting areas for improvement.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
