Key Responsibilities:


1.

Customer Interaction:


  • Provide accurate information regarding billing, invoices, payments, and account statements.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.

2.

Account Management:


  • Coordinate with the customers to follow up on outstanding payments and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of billing information.

3.

Billing and Invoicing:


  • Generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with invoice clarification, payment methods, and terms.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure compliance with billing procedures and regulatory requirements.

4.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
  • Prepare reports on customer inquiries, trends, and feedback for management review.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.

5.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to relevant departments for product and service enhancement.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in customer support or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customerfocused approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Problemsolving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues diplomatically.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Tally software.

Location:

Malad (East), Mumbai


Working Days:

Monday-Friday, work from office


Work Timings:

9:30 AM- 6:30 PM


Compensation:

Based on your current CTC/Competitive as per industry standards


Pay:
₹100, ₹240,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
