Cluster Planner - Demand Planning


As the Cluster planner for the business region, responsible for forecasting the planning based on the market requirement in alignment with the growth projected by the management.


Your Job:


  • Forecasting & planning on regional level for assigned product families.
  • Lead monthly Sales Consensus Meeting with the stake holders and regional management.
  • Reviewing monthly forecast with the regional management and Global BU planners and improve Forecast accuracy.
  • Drive Large Order projects for the cluster.
  • Analyse the data and prepare various reports.
  • Responsible for planning of Phase-In/Phaseout products

Your Qualification/ Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain or Engineering.
  • Baseline understanding of the endtoend Supply Chain Planning processes.
  • Strong Verbal and Written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook
  • Handson experience using planning tool
  • Rapid Response.
  • Good SAP knowledge in the SD and MM modules.
  • Analytical and holistic thinking and acting, high level of initiative.
  • High customer orientation, ability to work in a team and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries.
