Job Title:
Center Coordinator


Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily operations of the center, including scheduling, staff coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as recordkeeping, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective strategies for center improvement.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure a high level of performance.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance center performance.
  • Handle any escalated issues or conflicts in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Business Administration is pefered.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skill in english & tamil and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and clients.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
