Job Title:
Center Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the center, including scheduling, staff coordination, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as recordkeeping, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective strategies for center improvement.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure a high level of performance.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance center performance.
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Masters in Business Administration is pefered.
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skill in english & tamil and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and clients.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
