    3 years of experience handlingtrade marketing across FMEG (preferred)
    appliancesconsumer durables industry (paints pipes sanitarywareetc.)

    Experience with retailer/ distributorloyalty programs retailer engagement
    and ongroundmarketing activities required

    Excellentnegotiation skills with experience in BTL marketing strategiesand
    nuances by region

    Deepunderstanding of market research & consumer insights withan
    interest in the FMEG space (no prior experiencerequired)

    Team player with excellentinterpersonal collaboration and motivational skills.
    strong verbal and written communication skills (English)

    Experience coordinating with external stakeholders/agencies/ vendors


    Retailer engagement:
    Drivestrategies for BTL marketing with local teams to

    Prioritize key regions of focus and target retailersacross regions

    Ideate develop and executenecessary trade promotional schemes activities marketing
    material to ensure sufficient push

    Promotional material:
    Work with central marketing team and external vendors
    tocreate promotional material (brochures hoardings etc.) f

    Operations & agency coordination:
    Work with external agenciesand regional
    sales team to ensure disbursement promotional material prominent
    display across retailers etc. ensuring high visibility ofproducts


    Loyalty/ engagement programs:
    Workwith sales & marketing to create
    differentiatedloyalty programs for retailers anddistributors
