At Wiggles, we're looking for an experienced and versatile
Relationship Executive for our Pune office who has the ability to manage and analyze customer purchasing habits, returns, and complaints to make adjustments to their customer care strategy as necessary.

The job description usually entails answering customers' phone calls to take appointments, resolve complaints, and to answer queries. It could also be to provide general information to customers.


The customer service executive is mostly responsible for attending to customer's needs and complaints to the best of their ability.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs; Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
  • Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner.
  • They are responsible for taking or canceling appointments, and obtaining details of customer complaints.
  • Log records of interactions and transactions of customers; complaints, inquiries, and comments.
  • Follow up with customers and their complaints; Followup with callers on complaint and/or question resolution status.
  • Network with various departments and groups that are involved with product and services; Collaborate with immediate team, other customer service teams, sales team, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction; Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed.
  • Help generate leads, identify potential leads and forward to sales reps.
  • Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed call quotas and sales quotas, both personally and as a team unit.
  • Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times.
  • Perform each duty above with our customers' satisfaction as the number one priority.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Effective communication skills: A customer service executive must have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing; Possess a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with a fluency in English
  • Ability to effectively work with a team
  • Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time; Possess excellent telephone etiquette; Fantastic phone skills, i.e. wellspoken, excellent active listening skills
  • Possession of interpersonal skills to be able to relate cordially with different classes of people
  • Ability to handle stress well; Ability to multitask; Organized; Time management skills
  • Smart thinker: The service executive should be able to think quickly in providing solutions to the problems of customers; Ability to be thorough and extremely analytical; Ability to listen and pay attention to details
  • He/she must be highly motivated; Motivated, energetic, driven work ethic ; Outgoing, friendly, compassionate personality
  • He/she should be open minded and enthusiastic towards excellence
  • Possess flexibility and ability to effectively perform multiple functions at a time
  • Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with deadlines without making errors
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to communicate and interact with all kinds of people (both externally with customers, and internally with company team members and other departments)
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed both call and sales assist quotas
  • Animal Lover.
